Who We Are TFA (The Farmers App), built by Fysi Technologies, is a dedicated agri-tech marketplace designed exclusively to empower Indian dairy farmers. Operating within the world's largest dairy cattle herd, we are on a mission to transform a historically fragmented, strictly offline trade ecosystem into a transparent and seamless modern marketplace.

The Problem We Are Solving For generations, the Indian cattle trade has relied on limited channels like word-of-mouth, local agents, and physical APMC yards. This widespread inefficiency has caused deep pain points for the dairy community:

• Middlemen Monopolies: Excessive agents dictate the market, inflating prices and severely eating into farmer profits.
  
• High Logistics Risks: Farmers are forced to transport high-value cattle to markets without guaranteed sales, risking huge operational and financial losses.
  
• Financial Exclusion & Poor Data: With livestock insurance penetration at less than 1% and an absence of centralized health and lineage records, farmers are left highly vulnerable to livestock loss and face steep barriers to securing formal loans.
  

Our Unique "Phygital" SolutionAt TFA, we believe that digital discovery alone is not enough for high-value living assets. We don't just match buyers and sellers; we validate them. We solve the discovery problem and drastically cut operational costs through our unique "Phygital" trust model:

• Digital Discovery: Our app features a reverse marketplace where buyers can post exact purchase requirements, allowing sellers to approach them. An in-app chat enables direct negotiation, eliminating miscommunication. Additionally, our Community Page serves as a social hub for farmers to discuss trends, seek advice, and build a knowledge network.
  
• Physical Trust: We back our digital platform with strategic physical Transit Hubs. Operating on a zero-inventory model, these hubs act as secure facilities where cattle are housed, inspected, and validated by our team during the transaction.
  

More Than a Marketplace: A Full-Stack Ecosystem Our vision extends far beyond cattle trading. TFA is actively building a comprehensive fintech and management ecosystem to bridge the gap in rural financial services. Through our platform, farmers will gain direct access to multiple cattle insurance options, integrated formal loan comparisons, and high-quality cattle feed—both on the app and at our physical transit locations.

Co-founder and CEO Nirneeth Reddy M brings extensive experience in strategy and product management from industry leaders like Ninjacart and Jumbotail. Co-founder and CTO Mithun Raman brings over a decade of experience building massively scalable tech products at companies like Meta and Amazon.
